I started working with Natalie earlier this year. At the time I felt completely stuck in a rut. I was training hard and eating a low calorie diet and could not understand where I was going wrong. Natalie helped me to track my food and then together we created a realistic nutrition plan. I went from eating 800 kcals to 1700 kcals of the right foods. I immediately noticed a huge difference. I had so much energy and never felt hungry or deprived. I started training with Natalie in the gym and used weights for the first time. It wasn't long before I started to notice my body really changing. I was losing weight and inches while constantly getting stronger and building lean muscle. I am now educated about my nutrition and training. I still have a long way to go but I am positive that with Natalie's continued support and expertise that I will reach all of my goals. I would recommend Natalie to anyone looking to transform their body and outlook on food and fitness. She is always friendly, kind and non judgemental. She will put you at ease and give you the support and guidance you need to to reach all of your goals.
You need a good support team behind you. I wasn’t motivated, I didn’t try to exercise so I couldn’t shift the extra pounds I had put on. It takes a while to get used to the nutrition programme but in the end it’s worth it. I now have a love hate relationship with myfitnesspal! Don’t go it alone, I know from my experience I can’t do it alone. I’ll cheat and say no I've not had that extra biscuit, but if you have someone like Nat who will look at your food log or a friend that is willing to go to the gym or do a class with you or to even listen to you when your feeling hungry and you want that last rolo it make a hell of a difference. For me this statement sums it all up” strong is the new skinny”. Your body is a machine and it will tone and drop weight to what is reasonable, every one is different in their level of fitness and they will get different results and thats ok. For me it’s fitness and nutrition at the minute I need to learn to balance my food better but I’m getting there. I lost a lot of weight, and toned up quite a bit. I have more confidence in myself since I started kettle bells. What I liked the most was I had such a great instructor in Natalie who made the classes fun and interesting. I loved that I could see results after a month from the workouts we were shown. I love how everyone who goes to the class has become friendly with one another. The class is personal and good fun. Anyone thinking about making changes to their life, I would say, stop being on the fence, your wasting time while thinking about it just go for it you won’t be disappointed.
My experience is defo u must go I absolutely love Kettlebells, especially after having my second baby it's always that bit harder to push urself to loose weight but as soon as My baby was 3 months I joined kettlebells and I will never look back, iv lost so much weight an I'm so much more confident and comfortable in my body now, also big shoutout to Natalie best trainer in town!! 👍👌😀😀
