You need a good support team behind you. I wasn’t motivated, I didn’t try to exercise so I couldn’t shift the extra pounds I had put on. It takes a while to get used to the nutrition programme but in the end it’s worth it. I now have a love hate relationship with myfitnesspal! Don’t go it alone, I know from my experience I can’t do it alone. I’ll cheat and say no I've not had that extra biscuit, but if you have someone like Nat who will look at your food log or a friend that is willing to go to the gym or do a class with you or to even listen to you when your feeling hungry and you want that last rolo it make a hell of a difference.
For me this statement sums it all up” strong is the new skinny”. Your body is a machine and it will tone and drop weight to what is reasonable, every one is different in their level of fitness and they will get different results and thats ok. For me it’s fitness and nutrition at the minute I need to learn to balance my food better but I’m getting there.
I lost a lot of weight, and toned up quite a bit. I have more confidence in myself since I started kettle bells.
What I liked the most was I had such a great instructor in Natalie who made the classes fun and interesting. I loved that I could see results after a month from the workouts we were shown. I love how everyone who goes to the class has become friendly with one another. The class is personal and good fun.
Anyone thinking about making changes to their life, I would say,
stop being on the fence, your wasting time while thinking about it just go for it you won’t be disappointed.
